As the parent/guardian of a contestant in an Texas Our Little Miss and World Our Little Miss Scholarship Competition, I do hereby agree to bide by the rules and regulations, directives, and provisions for contestants as set forth in the official contestant's handbook and Our Little Miss, Inc. I agree to hold Texas Our Little Miss, Our Little Miss, Inc., its directors and staff members harmless of any damages or liabilities due to theft, accident, or injury during or resulting from my child's participation in the state competition. I accept the responsibility for the regulations of hours and personal activities of the contestant. I also affirm that all of the enclosed forms are true to the best of my knowledge and belief, including name, birthday, city, and state/country of residence. I understand any false or misleading statements will be sufficient reason for dismissal from the pageant system.
I further agree that if my child is captured in photo or video in any activity during the state pageant, she will be allowed to appear in any taped segments, videos, or printed advertisements for Texas Our Little Miss and Our Little Miss Inc. in the future without compensation after said pageant. The Queen, Princess, Mini Queen, and Personality/Talent winners in each age division MUST represent the state of Texas at the OLM World Universal Beauty Competition, January 15-19, 2026. Titles and all winnings will be forfeited, returned to the state director, and passed down to the next in line if delegate is unable to attend the world pageant. Queens are required to attend at least 2 preliminary competitions in both seasons, state pageant in its entirety in both seasons, and the world competition in the season she was crowned overall winner. Any official or beauty winner not fulfilling her year's reign due to prior commitments/contract and/or by not being available for Texas Our Little Miss personal appearances may be replaced by a presiding queen. She must also return the following year to complete her reign. The crowns, robes, and any awards offered for winning such titles will be passed down to the presiding winner if one is appointed. The robes are the property of Texas Our Little Miss and Our Little Miss Inc. and if not properly returned at the end of the year's reign or passed down to her successor upon request, legal procedures will follow immediately at the expense of the parent/guardian or contestant herself if of legal age. At the discretion of the Board of Directors, the amount of involvement by the official or beauty winner will constitute who, if any, will receive any monies and/or concessions earned from winning the title. Any contestant caught in any unsportsmanlike conversations or unruly acts of temper will be warned of the consequences of being dismissed from the pageant system. There will be no second chance if anyone is caught deliberately causing harm, either physical or verbal, and will automatically dismissed from any sanctioned events of the Texas Our Little Miss and Our Little Miss Inc. Pageant System.
